Shipping policy

1. Shipping Areas

EvaDesire currently ships within Canada only.

Orders placed on www.evadesire.com must be delivered to an address located in Canada.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Delivery Time

Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

5 to 9 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • the shipping carrier

  • weather conditions

  • the time of year

  • circumstances beyond our control


4. Shipping Carrier

Orders are delivered by Canada Post.

A tracking number is provided once the order has been shipped so customers can track their package.


5. Shipping Costs

EvaDesire offers free shipping on all orders delivered within Canada.

No shipping fees are charged at checkout.


6. Shipping Origin

Products may be shipped directly from partner warehouses located in China.

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.


7. Customs Duties and Import Fees

Any customs duties or import fees are fully covered by EvaDesire.

Customers will not have to pay any additional charges upon delivery.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages
